IMHO we need execute /etc/init.d/cryptdisks AFTER /etc/init.d/lvm and /etc/init.d/evms at reboot. Now /etc/init.d/cryptdisks (rc6.d/K48cryptdisks) executed before (rc6.d/S49lvm and rc6.d/S50evms), when volumes are in use.
