This depends of a new package to made in debian: Courier Socks 5 Proxy
client library, which allows Courier to send outgoing mail using a Socks 5
proxy.

This means need to convert or merge this bug request in a RFP of the
Courier Socks 5 proxy before building Courier in order to use a Socks proxy
to send outgoing mail.

FEATURES:

1. Courier-mta is the only suite that can use a socks5 to delivery to a
different network
2. Access control: define IP address ranges allowed to proxy through the
server.
3. Access control: import list of banned IP address range, in the P2P file
format.

A "socksify" application wrapper script, that uses shared library tricks to
try to redirect network connections from standalone application through the
Socks 5 proxy server.
