The affected packages cannot satisfy their cross build dependencies,
because their dependency on libpath-tiny-perl is not satisfiable. In
general, Architecture: all packages can never satisfy cross
Build-Depends unless marked Multi-Arch: foreign or annotated :native. In
this case, the foreign marking is reasonable, because libpath-tiny-perl
is a pure perl module with no dependencies outside perl. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
