Sorry I should've included this information on the first e-mail. I tried
to remove 'perl-modules-5.24' as suggested but attempting to do so
automatically removes 'licensecheck'. So I discarded this option.
$ apt remove -s perl-modules-5.24
NOTE: This is only a simulation!
apt needs root privileges for real execution.
Keep also in mind that locking is deactivated,
so don't depend on the relevance to the real current situation!
