Package: memtest86+
Version: 5.01-3.1

The version of memtest86+ shipped by Debian gets stuck on many UEFI
systems (see other bug reports, google search).

The latest upstream release (5.31b) fixes that.

I was suspecting bad RAM when memtest86+ would get stuck shortly after
start, however normally the system runs just fine.

A brief internet search led to results suggesting that this is a bug in
memtest86+ 5.01 that has been fixed upstream.

I tried the latest .iso image provided by http://www.memtest.org and
there the test ran with no errors or freezes.

It would be great if you could update the package so that it no longer
reports false positives on lots of systems!

Best,
Benjamin
