Package: ntp
Version: 1:4.2.0a+stable-2
Severity: wishlist

I'm trying to set up a chrooted ntpd and find that I have to rebuild the
packages with --enable-linuxcaps to get it working.

On the same note, I had to recompile with --enable-debugging to find out
anything (not alot but something) about what was happening.

It would be useful to get this into some or all of the daemons.
