as I haven't heard back from you on this (php-imagick + fusiondirectory) issue, and as I cannot reproduce this issue, I now close this bug.
Let me know, if the problem persists and you can provide more info for tracking this down on a fresh installation. Maybe the problem was in some other php component and has been fixed now by some other maintainer.
