Unfortunately I lost my post-dsc-in-irc sponsor half a year ago. If you know someone with @debian.org I'd get the package in shape for review+sponsoring happily. I'll queue it up for the mentors.d.n page for now.
unfortunately i do not have any knowledge or contacts in privileged debian circles resp. this kind of bureaucracy, but i hope, your contribution will finally find its way in the official repos.
rtklib is indeed a very specialized software, which perhaps isn't of much interest to the broad mass of debian users. nevertheless it seems very useful to have a working package available instead of fighting all those rather unpleasant peculiarities, which appear on compiling this software, on every installation attempt again.
