Package: src:linux Version: 4.19.152-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led to the situation? When installing the new kernel linux-image-4.19.0-12-amd64, on Debian Buster with an intel integrated graphics card, I start to have CPU consumption problems. Specifically, I see three problems: * When watching videos in the web browser, the CPU consumption is 70 - 80%. * When I record videos with Obs Studio the CPU consumption is 90-100%. * OBS Studio does not allow me to capture the terminal. * What exactly did (or did not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? If I boot the system with the kernel linux-image-4.19.0-11-amd64 the problems disappear.
