Hi Vincent,

It looks like a lot of packages have buggy mailcap entries... probably
because in the past, `update-mime` used to add the quotes when they
were not present; see #747050.

I would prefer to see these packages corrected than to have
`update-mime` silently removing the errors.  How about we ask the
Lintian maintainers if they would feel like implementing a new check,
and reassign this bug if they agree ?
