Package: xfe
Version: 0.84-4
Severity: important
I have noted that this bug has been submitted before, for an AMD 64bit
version of Debian. So far as I can tell, it appears to exist within the
32bit Debian Etch environment as well.
Debian Testing (Etch), kernel 2.6.12-1-686-smp, xfe version 0.84-4
Running xfe works quite well, however, it prompts at frequent intervals
with the message: Mount point /dev/.static/dev is not responding.
The constant prompting can can make this otherwise very useful software
frustrating to operate. Thanks to everyone involved with xfe.
