Unfortunately version 3.1.1 is also prone to #939762. It is not maintained anymore so there are two alternatives: * Switch to Manticore Search, the maintained fork by Manticore Software. * Back-port critical patches to Sphinx Search Given that the current maintainer is not interested, I'd phase out Sphinx and rolled Manticore instead.
