Rust-cargo isn't, however, which was what I meant (I thought they were the same: like python3-pip)
But for the most part, I was only thinking about those core, package maintenance tools. I really don't have a list, but I assume all the ones I am intrested in are connected, and their blocked for mostly the same reason. >
