Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I get a `tempfile deprecated' warning while using
/usr/bin/run-mailcap on files that have a space or brackets in their
names. I did not see this problem with filenames that did not require
the escape character '\'.

$ grep tempfile `which run-mailcap` -n
144:    $cmd  = "tempfile --mode=600";

$ tempfile
WARNING: tempfile is deprecated; consider using mktemp instead.
