Hello everybody. Since the root cause for this bug seems to be the migration to testing of kdecoration 5.19.5-3 [1], which is not compatible with kwin 5.17 as suggested by the KDE people, I was surprised to notice that yesterday kdecoration has been migrated to 5.19.5-4 [2] . Is this intended? Shouldn't be necessary and sufficient to just rollback kdecorations to 5.17.5-2 ? How long can this take?
After this is fixed, maybe we should also ask ourselves how this could have happened. I mean, if Norbert releases something to Unstable [3] and we are fine with it, it should not be so automatic that the same package is also suitable for testing. I am just an affectionate debian stable user, I just started using testing. So please pardon me if I misunderstood the release process.
