Hi Martijn, I can not confirm this bug with Evolution 2.4.2.1-2, Exchange plugin 2.4.2-1. You might experience the greyed out "forward" button until you enter the password (through clicking the "Authenticate" button) in "Step 3" of the manual you mentioned.
Additionally, ximian-connector-setup-2.4 works on my box as well. The "Forward" button stays greyed out there as well until you fill in OWA url, username _and_ password. Regards, Philipp
