Indeed, some of the shared libraries need to be built with -latomic on armel. In addition, the CMake support files that get installed with libabsl-dev should probably specify -latomic on armel; otherwise, anybody using CMake to link statically will run into the same issue. I think a single patch might be able to do both of these; I’m going to do some more research this week and see if I can make it happen. I’ll plan to do an upload on Friday at the latest; if that’s too far in the future, let me know, and I’ll do a stopgap upload to fix the libgav1 FTBFS.
