Stretch has Linux 4.9 < 4.15
Buster has Linux 4.19 > 4.15

But network-manager does not have the same version for both.
So should the recommendation be deleted?

Bringing Ben into the loop who requested the addition of this Recommends in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=653706

Would be great to have your feedback here.
