What do you mean? Are you the submitter? No, you refused to be. Are you a BTS admin? No, you are not listed as a member. You determine the outcome, thus you do not follow your own guideline. I am trying to solve a bug, you are sabotaging this effort. So, either give a solution to this bug or let the submitter or BTS admins reply. Otherwise, I will tag this report as wontfix again and, if you undo this action, I may submit a complaint.
