Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort we noticed that
mdtraj could not be built reproducibly.
This is because (amongst other reasons) the HTML manual pages
contain error messages. For example:
`nbconvert --execute` requires the jupyter_client package: `pip install
jupyter_client`
… which contain HTML links to the absolute build path. This particular
message is due to a missing build-dependency, but there are then
others, such as:
No such kernel named python3
… which seem like some other, underlying, problem.
