Perhaps the newer version of fpc upload to sid in next time, this old
version 3.0.4+dfsg-23 would automatically removed.

Removal is the domain of ftp masters. Normally, packages that aren't
needed are automatically removed. This sometimes fails, but normally
means that there is something that keeps it in the archive. E.g. because
of Built-Using (which I suspect here, but forgot how to check).
