Package: rclone-browser
Version: 1.8.0-1
Severity: important
Control: affects -1 rclone

rclone has never built reliably on mipsel, and has now been removed
for mipsel.

This means rclone-browser is not installable on mipsel since it has
  Depends: rclone.

Since rclone is not required to *build* rclone-browser, probably the
simplest fix is to replace the Depends with
 Depends: rclone [!mipsel]

There are two other options:
- change the Depends to Recommends: rclone
- request that rclone-browser be removed from unstable for mipsel and add
  Build-Depends: rclone.
(this option would track rclone, making rclone-browser work again on
mipsel if rclone ever builds in the future).

"Depends: rclone [!mipsel]" seems simplest to implement, if a little
logically inconsistent (since it means rclone-browser will be built
for mipsel, but it won't be able to do anything)
