Dear Maintainer,

The upstream maintainer put in a fix
https://github.com/bottlepy/bottle/issues/1181 for hmac.new requiring a
digestmod.
This prevents anyone using set get cookies with the current version of
bottle at least on Ubuntu.
The bottle.py version from pip3 works but I just want to pass it along that
it seems to be missing from the Debian and Ubuntu packages.
The Ubuntu Package maintainers suggest I create a bug
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-bottle/+question/693424.
