math.h is missing math_errhandling, MATH_ERREXCEPT, and MATH_ERRNO.
The latter two are defined as 2 and 1 on all systems and are
convenience macros. Not knowing anything about Windows I don't know
what math_errhandling should reflect, but since __STDC_IEC_559__ is
not defined probably just MATH_ERRNO.
