That sounds like an ftp-master problem. If no one is maintaining this package, it will break. Without a maintainer this package is not fit for release. You may also find that shipping a broken package upsets Digital Ocean when people can't use the Vagrant plugin system to install something working and their customers go elsewhere. Thanks, Iain.
