This bug could be related, it sounds like an iteration problem when updating the folder selection DB from 2.x to 3.x https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/pull/2435 Backport: https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/pull/2436 It should be included in 3.0.2 - so I suggest to update to 3.0.2 and close this bug for now...
