I have the following lib which is not reported in the blender package dependencies:
$ dpkg -l | grep libcharls ii libcharls2:amd64 2.1.0+dfsg-1 amd64 Implementation of the JPEG-LS standard making a symbolic link with the right case as a workaround works: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu$ sudo ln -s libcharls.so.2 libCharLS.so.2
