* What led up to the situation?
To move cursor to the topleft of the screen when having a VM focused.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I'm using Debian 10.5,gnome desktop and wayland enabled with Nvidia
graphic card and Nvidia proprietary driver.When I am running a Windows 10 VM on
window mode which has guest additions installed and mouse integration on.VB has
extension pack installed.
Then I move my cursor to the topleft of the host desktop.
* What was the outcome of this action?
The Activities button is not triggered.
There is a thread on reddit talking about the same problem.

The Activities button should work as being clicked,like always.
