Control: reassign -1 ruby-autoprefixer-rails Control: found -1 8.6.5+dfsg-3
After replacing sass-rails, execjs and autoprefixer-rails (taking clues from the error log) with versions from rubygems.org, I found autoprefixer-rails version installed from rubygems.org fixes this issue, so the bug is in ruby-autoprefixer-rails.
