Bug#858201: planning to drop compass-bootstrap-sass-plugin binary package

Hi Jonas,

I'm going to remove compass-bootstrap-sass-plugin binary from 
ruby-bootstrap-sass, but thought of just checking with you before I 
proceed.

Also I will be uploading version 3.4.1 in experimental to unstable soon.
