with claws-mail from Buster (3.17.3-2) the vcal plugin seems to miscalculate some timestamps due to insufficient timezone handling. This has been addressed a few times in the past but I think the following .ics triggers something differently since all reports (of fixed bugs) that I could find are way older than my version.
