The python3 binary installed (by jedi-mode?) as /home/aurelien/.emacs.d/.python-environments/default/bin/python3 requires glibc 2.29. Debian buster comes with glibc 2.28, that's why it fail to start. This binary is clearly not installed from a package, and I have no idea how you installed it. Please try to install a version that works on glibc 2.28 or older.
