Bug#969222: cyrus-caldav: hhtp keep 100% CPU after access with Thunderbird

Is the same problem of bug #961600 <mailto:961...@bugs.debian.org>
Seems to be a problem with http2 support, but apparently it needs to be
disabled during compilation, I have not found a way to disable it with
the package :-(
