Neither of these needs to be a debconf note. The conserver-server note is simply »Use the name 'conserver' in the tcp_wrapper config files.« -- this belongs in README.Debian or something. The conserver-client note describes some upgrade changes, and would be better placed in NEWS.Debian. -- see shy jo
