This is the error: sh: 1: dot: not found error: Problems running dot: exit code=127, command='dot', arguments='"/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/doc/web/html/graph_legend.dot" -Tpng -o "/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/doc/web/html/graph_legend.png"' This should be pretty easy to fix: just add graphviz to the build deps.
