Christoph I think my problem was that I was not smart enough to unhash my files for the commit. I regenerated the .git file and tried again with:
git push --set-upstream ssh://g...@salsa.debian.org:debian-hamradio-team/dream.git master It responded with: ssh: Could not resolve hostname salsa.debian.org:debian-hamradio-team: Name or service not known fatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure you have correct access rights and the repository exists. Well I generated my ssh key on this end. I copied it over on salsa. Everything looks set on salsa.
