Great, no, I did the donkey work myself :-) and have transferred your
details into a S-o-b and the commit author line.

This is in dgit 9.12 which I have just uploaded.  (I think this means
you may want
  Breaks: dgit-infrastructure (<< 9.12~)
in your rsync.deb control file.)
