Installing tdsodbc is not possible when answering yes to the debconf
question about registering ODBC stuff, unless the odbcinst1 package is
also installed. tdsodbc should depend on odbcinst1 if it's using
programs from that package in its postinst.
I also think the debconf question is rather redundant (unless there are
downsides to registering with odbcinst) and should preferably be
removed, or at least downgraded to the lowest debconf level and with a
default of "yes" so most people don't see it.
