The package description does not make clear who the target user is. I had to 
visit the project's web site to learn that it was a C++ template library. In my 
opinion that information should be provided in the package's description.

I'm not familiar with the policy on this regard, but shouldn't this package at 
least recommend or suggest a C++ compiler?
