It seems that FORCE_MASTER was disabled in 2019.01+dfsg-7.

Few minutes ago I updated 
https://linux-sunxi.org/Olimex_A20-OLinuXino-Lime2#GMAC_quirks with my 
newest findings from upstream u-boot.  I also looked at Debian packaging 
where I did not locate any patches related to this issue, so it seems 
Debian packaging is aligned with upstream on this.
