Package: python3.8-venv Version: 3.8.5-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable X-Debbugs-Cc: sandro.jaec...@posteo.de
Dear Maintainer, I wanted to use python virtualenv and did that by doing `apt install python3-venv`. Then I wanted to execute pyvenv and was greated with a command-no-found message. The symlink of /usr/bin/pyvenv does not point to any binary because the python3.8-venv does not ship the pyvenv-3.8 binary which it should do. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (100, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.7.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US.UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages python3.8-venv depends on: ii python-pip-whl 20.1.1-2 ii python3.8 3.8.5-1 python3.8-venv recommends no packages. python3.8-venv suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
