Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? i installed the debian xfce package and it was had the issue
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? i downloaded some packages from synaptic which sounded appropriate
* What was the outcome of this action? it didn't work
* What outcome did you expect instead? i though it'd work.
