Debian has noch such thing, it only provides packages from various archives. So the only supported way within Debian is to use the packages from the archive. The output of the reportbug colloections doesn't show any language specific package installed. What is the output of 'LANG= dpkg -l thunderbird* lightning*'? Regards Carsten
