exim_tidydb has a fixed list of names it will process -- which I listed
in my explanation. Naming other files on the command line causes it to
exit(1).

makes sense to me to put the sqlite greylist database in SPOOL/db.
Please put it somewhere else, e.g. a subdirectory of
