The IPP-over-USB content at https://wiki.debian.org/CUPSDriverlessPrinting has been revised. There will be changes to it as developments occur. I also intend altering SaneOverNetwork (to be linked to from DriverlessPrinting) to take account of recent driverless scanning initiatives.
