Those error messages are from systemd-tty-ask-password-agent not systemctl. Do you actually encounter any problems or is this mostly cosmetic? Why does a systemctl call trigger the start of systemd-tty-ask-password-agent for you? Do you have a special way to start your dist-upgrade? Can you provide steps how this issue can be reproduced?
