Package: libsleef-dev Version: 3.4.1-2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
It is not currently possible to install libsleef-dev on multiple architectures due to all packages installing /usr/include/sleef.h. This makes it difficult to develop software targeting multiple architectures. The sleef.h header is platform-specific; the x86 version has SSE versions of various functions, ARM has NEON versions, etc. AFAIK that means the header should go in /usr/include/$ARCH/ instead of just /usr/include/. Reproducing should be trivial; just (try to) install libsleef-dev on multiple architectures. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: armhf, arm64, s390x, ppc64el Kernel: Linux 5.7.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages libsleef-dev depends on: ii libsleef3 3.4.1-2 libsleef-dev recommends no packages. libsleef-dev suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
