QEMU doesn't implement the semtimedop syscall that is used by glibc 2.31. This has already been fixed upstream but not yet available in a released version: https://git.qemu.org/?p=qemu.git;a=commit;h=d8c08b1e6c7b1a5be1ec70e339437823a41b1946 I am therefore reassigning the bug.
