The new version of libgnupg-interface-perl breaks
/usr/bin/monkeysphere-validation-agent in msva-perl_0.9.2-1.
This also makes at least mod-gnutls fail to build in current sid.
Filing against libgnupg-interface-perl initially to prevent
accidental testing migration before this is solved.
