Hi Matthias!

The similar issue has been reported upstream 
(https://github.com/google/flatbuffers/issues/5950)
and the first part has been fixed last month. The second part is indeed false 
positive (see my comments
in the upstream issue) and I have submitted the patch suppressing this 
particular warning. With it, build
targeting experimental/amd64 passes just fine.

I also asked the upstream authors to tag the new bugfix release 1.12.1 which 
will resolve the issue.
